Refund Policy

At BoonPrints, every item is custom-made to the customer's specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Deposits and Payments

A minimum 50% deposit is required before production begins.

Once design work or production has started, deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid before delivery, dispatch, or collection unless otherwise agreed.

Custom Products

As all products are personalized, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Incorrect photos submitted by the customer

  • Delayed collection by the customer

  • Variations resulting from image quality provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing all design proofs carefully before approving production.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order details

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before design work or production begins.

If no work has been started, any payment made beyond the non-refundable processing costs may be refunded at BoonPrints' discretion.

Once production has started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Design Approval

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all designs before approval.

Once a design has been approved and production begins, BoonPrints is not responsible for spelling errors, dates, names, or information that was approved by the customer.
