Welcome to BoonPrints. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom Products

BoonPrints specializes in custom-made and personalized products. Product images displayed on our website are examples and may vary slightly depending on the design, materials, and customization selected.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that names, dates, spellings, photos, and other submitted information are correct before approving production.

3. Payments

A minimum 50% deposit is required before production begins.

The remaining balance must be paid before collection, delivery, or dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

BoonPrints reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment has not been received.

4. Design Approval

Customers must carefully review all proofs and designs before approving production.

Once a design has been approved and production begins, BoonPrints is not responsible for spelling errors, dates, names, photo selection, or other information that was approved by the customer.

5. Production and Delivery

Production times vary depending on the product and order volume.

Most orders are completed within 2–3 business days; however, completion times may vary during peak periods.

BoonPrints is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Customer Photos & Marketing

By placing an order with BoonPrints, customers grant BoonPrints permission to photograph, display, and use completed products featuring customer-submitted photos, designs, and artwork for marketing, advertising, social media, website galleries, portfolios, and promotional purposes.

If a customer does not wish for their completed product to be featured, they must notify BoonPrints before production begins. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers must have the right to use any photos, logos, artwork, or other content submitted for printing.

BoonPrints is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from materials supplied by customers.

8. Refunds and Returns

Refunds, returns, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, refunds are generally not available once production has begun.

9. Limitation of Liability

BoonPrints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

BoonPrints reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to the website.
