As all items are custom-made, production begins after payment confirmation and design approval (where applicable).

Most orders are completed within 2–3 business days. Production times may vary during peak periods such as graduations, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, and other special occasions.

Delivery Options

Islandwide Delivery

We offer delivery across Jamaica through trusted courier services.

Delivery fees vary based on location and courier selected.

Knutsford Express

Orders can be sent via Knutsford Express for collection at your preferred location.

Local Pickup

Customers may arrange pickup once their order is completed and ready for collection. Pickup details will be provided when your order is ready.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier service selected and destination.

BoonPrints is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched or is ready for pickup.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and assist.
